The election of Karen Freeman-Wilson as Mayor was a hugh move in the right direction for Gary Indiana. The mayor elect is from Gary and has an extensive background of dedicated service to the citizens.However,as we have already experieced no Chief Executive can implement change without resources and a supportive staff.So,the citizens must bring their expertises to the table to return Gary to the great American City where I born and raised.
